Everything ships from Los Angeles.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Drop pieces are made in limited runs, so timing can vary by release. We'll note the expected ship window on the product page for each drop.

Rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Once processed, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. If your tracking stalls or a package goes missing, email info@gracegallerylosangeles.com and we'll help you file a claim.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us fast and we'll try to catch it before it ships.
